The prayer times look wrong. What should I do?
In Settings, check the calculation method (Diyanet, ISNA, MWL, etc.) and the Asr (madhab) option. Also make sure the selected city or location is correct.
My location can't be found.
Make sure location access is enabled in iPhone Settings > Ufuk > Location. You can also pick your city manually in Settings — location permission is not required.
I'm not receiving notifications.
Enable the prayer times you want from the Notifications screen in the app. Then check that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings > Notifications > Ufuk.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > (your Apple Account) > Subscriptions > Ufuk Pro to cancel. Subscriptions are managed by Apple; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Pro screen in the app. Purchases made with the same Apple account will be restored.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All your settings and missed-prayer counters stay on your device. Your location is never sent to our servers or shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
